Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB), Government of India organization, carries out regulatory and safety functions concerning establishment and utilization of nuclear facilities and use of radioactive sources and radiation generating equipment. Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) invites applications for the following posts of Scientific Officers   :

Name of post: Scientific Officer (SO) / Technical Officer (TO)
No of posts : 20 posts

Discipline/s: 12 post  in Engineering disciplines in Grades G/F/E/D and 8 posts in MSc and Diploma in Radiation Physics in Grades in E/D/C

Educational Qualification: B. Tech./B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical/ Nuclear /Civil (Geo-technical)/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics OR M. Tech. or M.E. (after B. Tech/B.E./ M.Sc) in the related fields of the above disciplines, as applicable OR Ph.D in the related fields of the above disciplines, AND  M.Sc. Physics with Diploma in Radiation Physics (Dip. RP) from BARC, Mumbai or courses with equivalent syllabus for Radiation Physics posts.

Pay: 
Pay Matrix Level – 10 for Grade C
Pay Matrix Level – 11 for Grade D
Pay Matrix Level – 12 for Grade E
Pay Matrix Level – 13 for Grade F
Pay Matrix Level – 13 A for Grade G
